“A tree fell on my roof in December and after trying to work with another company for 3 months, I finally contacted William Taylor through the Better Business Bureau. He came out and assessed the damage and in a day and a half had it repaired. One crew worked on the outside of the roof ripping off the damage, repairing the structural damage underneath and replacing the roof with perfectly matched shingles. They also repaired a strange bit of damage to the exterior side of the house where siding had been shoved down between a window and it's casing. They replaced and stained the siding so that it matches the original perfectly. Another crew worked on the inside of house, cutting out the damaged ceiling sheetrock, replacing it and repainting the ceiling and damaged walls. You cannot tell it was ever damaged. Everyone on his crews were highly skilled professionals and left the area clean and neat. I hope to have him back to close in a deck. His work is excellent and he and his crew are a pleasure to have around.”
